I have been an independent tutor for over 4 years and specialize with tutoring of students in K-8th grade. I have been an ECLC teacher for 2 years and a mentor/tutor for non-profit organizations. I am trained in identifying different learning styles and want to make the tutoring experience worthwhile by aiming and delivering results! I also have been a Questbridge Scholarship Application Reader, and have a great sense on the criteria colleges use to admit students. I can help students develop course of action and assist in college prep and the college admissions process. Each student processes learning differently, and I am committed to creating an individualized plan and set goals for each of my clients. Tutoring is effective when goals and hopes are realized early. My passion for teaching and tutoring is lifelong and I continue to serve in non-profit roles regarding education and youth development. Educational Background: I received my Bachelor of Arts from Emory University which allowed me to grasp strong analytical and writing skills. I also took AP and IB level courses in high school and graduated with a 3.8 unweighted GPA.
